2012 Membership Types and Dues Family Membership- $4,500.00-Fee includes use of the pool, tennis courts, golf course, driving range, and clubhouse for all family members (un-married children age 24 and under who reside at home or in college) and bag storage and lockers for two primary members. Grandchild add on (age 24 and under) $500.00 per grandchild. *Annual Food Minimum-$900.00 Individual Membership-$3,500.00- Fee includes the use of the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse for all family members (un-married children age 24 and under who reside at home or in college) and golf course, driving range, bag storage and locker for one primary member. Child or grandchild add on (age 24 and under) $500.00 per child. *Annual Food Minimum-$700.00 Honorary Golf Membership - Family $1,500.00/ Individual $1,200.00- Offered to a member who reaches their 80th birthday by January 1st of the upcoming season and who has been a member of Twin Hills in good standing for 15 consecutive years. Fee includes use of pool, tennis courts and clubhouse for all family members, driving range, bag storage and lockers for primary member/members. *Annual Food Minimum - $900/Family, $700/Individual Junior Membership 21 and Under-$1,500.00 -Fee includes use of the pool, tennis courts, golf course, clubhouse, driving range, locker and bag storage for one bag. *Annual Food Minimum-$700.00 Legacy Membership-$1,000.00- Allows a child age 25-29 of an Individual or Family Member in good standing to become a Member. Fee includes use of pool, tennis courts and clubhouse, driving range, one locker and bag storage. *Annual Food Minimum-$700.00 Social/Pool Membership- $1,500- Fee includes use of the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse for family. One assigned member may play golf weekdays upon payment of greens fees twice per month. Assigned member may not play on weekends or holidays as a guest or otherwise. (Driving Range and Locker available for additional fees) *Annual Food Minimum-$700.00 Dining Club - $250.00 No Annual Food Minimum *Annual Food Minimum includes food only - any beverage, service charge or tax does not apply to food minimum. Plans selected will be billed in 1/3 increments due
